To all of our Progressive Marketing Clients,

Most, if not all of you have probably received an e-mail from Ann Michalski indicating she is no longer associated with Progressive Marketing and requesting you switch your brokerage accounts over to Progressive Strategies, LLC. We have severed our working relationship with Ann Michalski and are moving Progressive Marketing forward in a new direction. You may or may not be aware that Progressive Marketing is a wholly owned subsidiary of Country Pride Cooperative. As we reevaluated our business model and with the departure of Steve Koenig, it became clear we were failing to utilize all the synergies available by having Progressive Marketing managed as a separate entity from Country Pride Cooperative. By combining Progressive Marketing into Country Pride Cooperative we will be able to incorporate the strengths of Country Pride Cooperative with the benefits of a one stop marketing center. Our goal is to raise the bar on the service we provided with Progressive Marketing by aligning it within our company with employees who at the end of the day are as committed as we are to helping you manage the risk associated with the marketing of your hard earned crops. We want to continue to provide you marketing services as well as brokerage opportunities. So although you are seeing solicitations from a former employee, I assure you we want to continue to earn your business.

One area that is going to change is we will no longer be offering crop insurance after this crop insurance year. As a Cooperative we are not able to offer crop insurance going forward. We are currently working with an agency that would like an opportunity to earn your business. I want to assure you that Kylee Wagner will continue to work with you on your current crop insurance needs.

Kylee Wagner will also head our risk management efforts. Kylee has been the back bone of Progressive Marketing successes and the relationship she has developed with you will only get stronger. We are going to enhance our marketing strategies with break evens for your operations. While setting marketing targets has worked in the past, we will be looking to find out your cost of production as well as operating expenses to make sure you have the most accurate picture possible to manage your risk. Kylee will continue to work with the Country Pride Cooperative Grain Group to find you the best markets for your hard earned commodities. Kylee’s number is 605-842-7549 or you can reach her via email at kylee@countrypridecoop.com. Her new office is now located in the Country Pride West Location in Winner, SD (across from Harry K Ford on Hwy 18). We realize there will be times when Kylee is finding you markets that aren’t provided by Country Pride Cooperative. A question you may ask is why would we do that? The answer is very simple, “We are finding you Solutions for Success!” If you succeed, we succeed. Thank you for giving us the ability to earn your business.
